1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing vertasolutions.co (the “Site”) or engaging Verta Solutions LLC for web development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Services

Verta Solutions provides web design, web development, accessibility consulting, SEO services, and ongoing maintenance. Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms for each engagement are outlined in a separate project agreement signed by both parties.

3. Payment Terms

  • A deposit (typically 50%) is required to begin any project
  • Remaining balance is due upon project completion before handoff of final files
  • Monthly retainer plans are billed at the start of each month
  • Late payments accrue 1.5% monthly interest after 30 days
  • All fees are in USD

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all custom design files and code produced for their project. Verta Solutions retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins) are subject to their own licenses. We will document all third-party assets used in any project.

5. Revisions & Scope Changes

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds (see service agreement). Requests beyond scope will be quoted as additional work and require written approval before proceeding.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verta Solutions' liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. Deposits are non-refundable. Payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
